Well, yes, LOL!  I should have ended my statement with a *guffaw* or
something... I did realize pneumonia itself wasn't going to happen, but her
conviction that SOMETHING really bad could happen to him did make me doubt
myself a little.

Pneumonia is a bacterial or viral infection of the lungs.  Neither you nor
your horse can catch pneumonia from being wet & cool.  (Can't catch colds
that way, either...)

I grew up in central Florida -  I learned that my horses were a LOT tougher
than I ever imagined when I moved north some years ago.

Well that's a relief to hear!  The barn owner told me he was at risk for
pneumonia.
