[RC] Thornhill saddles - Alice Yovich

Please email me privately if you can help me.

I have been working with a thornhill dealer to get me a new saddle. She has
templates of my horse and has sent me a Thornhill Berlin, which an AP
saddle, but I felt like the twist wasn't quite right for me even though it
fit my horse well. Two other possibilities are the Trail saddle, which is
used by mounted patrol officers, has a wider twist and more padding, and the
Vienna II dressage saddle which is a dressage saddle. I'm wondering what the
pros and cons of a wider/narrower twist are? or if they are just a matter of
personal preference. I think I like a wider twist, which I'm told is unusual
for a woman.

If anyone has used any of these saddles, I'd love to hear more about them.
