After my sister-in-law's horses were shot they have been on pins and 
needles worried the killers will come back. It's been almost 2 years and 
it still haunts them. They worry about the kids being outside by 
themselves, the dog, the horse that survived, etc. The killers were 
never caught - no clues were found. It's a shame they have to live in 
fear over this, but there is still 5 years left if the killer is caught 
by then they will be prosecuted on felony charges.
