[RC] History of AERC and a missing file - Michael Maul

Earlier I posted: "One sharp eyed member noted that we were missing the 1991 Mid Year BoD meeting minutes.

If anyone has a copy of the EN issue that has the missing minutes
and is willing to type them into an email or word document and
send them to me - it would complete the records we have online."

Randy Eiland has already come up with the likely explanation - that the Mid-year meeting in 1991 was not held.

There was a Mid-year meeting in 1987, 1989, and 1992 and we have the minutes.

There was no Mid-year meeting listed in 1988 and 1990.

Perhaps there simply wasn't a Mid-year meeting in 1991 and our records really are complete.
