[RC] Horses & bikes on the trail... what to do??? - Tx Trigger

Horses are sensitive prey animals with minds of their own. Unlike a bike
rider, someone on a horse does not always have total control over his
horse.<<<

I thought that the article was pretty well written except for this
statement. I think this opens other groups up to say "Hey, horses are a
danger to other users out there on the trail, and should be banned. Never
know when one might freak out, and it's owner not be able to control it."
While some indeed, have less control than they should have, and should maybe
NOT be on the trails, we don't need the public to feel they are unsafe out
there. Instead, educate the horse riders more, on how to handle meeting
bikes on trails.

And Lynn, no chance of a bike racing down a steep hill in Florida where the
author is from. They don't have hills. Wait, Truman will disagree <wink>
