Are you talking about the covers for the stirrup leathers if so
SportTack has some nice real sheep skin ones? That's where I bought
mine.

I'm thinking about getting some stirrup covers for my Australian stock
saddle. I've been having trouble with chaffing and have been told this
will help. Does anybody out there have any suggestions on what to get?
I've seen them made out of wool, fleece, etc. Any tips?
