[RC] Occupations - Peggy B-Smith

I are a Realtor, too, like Paul. I had to laugh when he said his horse stops when his cell phone rings - mine has been trained, too and uses me talking on the phone as an excuse to grab something to eat. When she hears the conversation end, she takes off!
Being a Realtor is my second career. I worked at a large aerospace company for 25 years as a graphic artist, editor and lots of other stuff on a large program. Much more fun to be the "Rider's Realtor!"   I have a good time here in Bear Valley Spring showing people our great equestrian community. I even offer tours on horseback to see our 50 miles of trails!

On the subject of the Caslick procedure for mares, my Arab mare raced for 2 years. She had the procedure done and my vet said it is a simple procedure to have undone.
I can't remember who wrote in about a horse they had with a Caslick and they didn't know whether they had raced. I wondered, did the horse have a lip tatoo?  Most race horses do - mine does. Just something to check.
