[RC] camping and generators Don't be haters - Tx Trigger

>>>"This trailer is maintained for the comfort and security of my family. Warning - teenagers aboard, (official members of the B*&$&, piss and moan about everything club) and husband who paid for trailer, still puts up with cranky rider, (that would be me;) and wants to watch the game.  May run generator whenever the need arises. If you don't like it......Move."
Lisa Salas, the Odd faRm
I LOVE my trailer and generator!<<<

But you see, I can arrive before you (and others riders who also have no generator manners) and park out AWAY from the main camping area, where it will be more quiet, and then someone will come park next to me, and decide to run the dern thing all night. Who should move??????

Love my campers built in propane heat. So quiet. Never have owned a generator, and don't want to listen to yours either.

BUT, yes, some rides have a camp ground that does not lend itself to parking in two separate areas...wait, 3 separate areas, because let us not forget the section for those with obnoxious dogs who are not kept in line (or contained) all weekend.  And, there are times we must all work together for the enjoyment of ALL the riders all weekend, not just YOUR family.   So, the attitude of "I will do what makes me comfortable, even if it makes everyone around me uncomfortable" is kind of rude...

I'm more comfortable listening to music. Would you want to listen to that at 3AM??? (Oh wait, you could not hear it over your generator!)  ;-)
