RE: [RC] Rowing machines (for rider exercise) - Steph Teeter

I've had a few folks ask me about these machines - there are a few
imitations out there that I haven't tried.

The one I tried in Tokyo is the 'Joba Horseriding Machine' - here's another
link - http://www.gizmag.com/go/5381/ . It's pricey, around $1500 US. But
really gives the body a workout, and amazingly really feels just like
riding. I'm thinking all the time I spend at the keyboard, I could be riding
at the same time (right Santa??)

Steph

p.s. still working on the Malaysia write-up. 40+ hours of transit time from
Terengganu, just home last night. (and it's cold!!!)
