When they were the distributors of Hi-Tie systems, and I had TWO break on the long XP in 2004, they sent me brand new ones. While I understand wanting to save money when we can, as our horses are expensive, often it is better to pay a little more and buy direct, and thank the companies for all they do for our sport.
