Re: [RC] Easycare... - Diane Trefethen

I have not used an Easycare product though I do own a pair of Epics.

I have never worked for Easycare.

I'll bet a cookie that if you buy an Easycare product from a reputable Easycare distributor (like Karen), that distributor will stand behind the product by asking you to return the item and if its failure was due to other than blatant abuse or extended wear (hey, nothing lasts forever), then either replacing it, whether used or not, or giving you your money back.

Why do I think that? Because I have not read of one instance where such a purchaser of an Easycare product was screwed.

Now if you buy from just anybody on eBay.... might be another story.
