[RC] Suspensory Injury - Lucinda Carpe

Dear Ridecampers,
After careful review of my horses Scintigraphy (which was obscured by print on one computer)
The Veterinarian at SLR equine clinic has diagnosed him with a Left front suspensory strain.
He chose not to scan him. I think that was because his lameness is a 1/5 and there was no obvious heat and swelling.  This week I called a local vet and scheduled a scan so that I know where I am starting.
I asked ridecampers last week for the link to the UC Davis soft tissue injury protocol and did get one and from those instructions I created an exercise program for my horse based on his progress which will be checked regularly with ultrasound before each increase in work.
I would like to hear from others who have had similar injuries. Any special liniments or treatments? Any experience with Accuscope etc?
Thanks,
Lucinda
