Hi Keith--
No, my horses don't paw. They travel in pairs, and have been trailered and camped a lot, so that might go a long ways toward preventing the antsy feeling that causes them to paw. I know some horses do paw, but I would think many of them would improve with increased experience and a companion. I could be wrong. Bruce
