I never said I would continue dating such a person - just discovered that 
this is one way to make a first date go a little smoother!

My husband is not as crazy about horses as I am - but, although he may not 
share my passion, he does understand and support it. He sold his motorcycle 
to buy me a horse for a wedding present, and this past Mother's Day he 
bought me a new horse trailer. Of course, his family used to raise hogs so 
he barely even notices when I smell like a horse! LOL

To relate this to endurance - he has even offered to measure out the mileage 
of some of my favorite trails around here just so I have a point of 
reference!
