[RC] Rides by states - updated - Michael Maul

Earlier I stated that:" I did not
adjust for this except in the case of NM where the manager of a
number of rides in NM actually lives in TX"

Another member who is listed as the rm on a lot of rides in NV gave the distribution for her and it's large enough to change the results.
