Thanks, Mike, that's really interesting if a little deceiving because CA is as big as about 5 NE or SE states together. What's the breakdown by region?

There were rides held in 46 states in 2005. There may be a little error in this because when the ride manager lives in a different state than the ride - it gets more difficult to determine the actual state location of the ride in the database. I did not adjust for this except in the case of NM where the manager of a number of rides in NM actually lives in TX
