[RC] Retirement Horse communities - Joane Pappas White

Hi Laney,

Why not buy land in Utah for retirement and ride a few hundred thousand
acres of public land that is usually just outside your door? I think there
are pictures on our website and most of those are taken on public land---for
sure the desert ones are. Actually, we do have a lot of equestrian friendly
residential subdivisions too but the West in general has about anything you
could want.

I did see an interesting development in the Black Hills of South Dakota last
week---I loved Pascal ride there and thought that would be lovely retirement
horse country. The subdivision was a bit pricey but then you are from
California so in comparison, any other place is usually cheaper.
