[RC] horse community - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

Trying to plan ahead for my old age- are there any retirement communities for
equestrians/horse owners? I see a lot of golf but not a lot for our 4-legged
friends.

We have land in NH. I have always wanted to develop it with this in mind.
Small homes/condos encircling a large barn and ring with riding trails out thru
the woods. Have been wondering how to find out what kind of interest there
would be - surveys in horse magazines maybe. But the big problem is that this
is in NH. The land of 9 month long winters....
There are a number of communties in Colorado and Texas though that are selling
land with the idea that it is for horse people - they offer community barns and
trails etc. You could probably google for the information.
