First of all, use the AERC toll free phone number and CALL them.  Personal contact is much more fruitfull than e-mails.  But before you do that, CALL the ride manager, and follow that up with an e-mail with the exact information that they need to file the correction.

Would like to know how to go about getting a ride result fixed.  I rode the Pacific Crest LD this year, and they posted results to the incorrect horse.  I did contact the office via the general e-mail listed several days ago, but haven't heard back from them.  When I checked the ride results just now, it still has the horse as Corduroy Knickers, not Arapaho Maiden.  Thanks for your help.
