yes...now many of the chemicals are injected under the skin!! and
freezing sprays are used on the legs....just before the horse is taken
to the DQP for inspection, and while at the inspection...the horse is
of course "stewarded" by the handler, so that he/she does not react to
the pain.

Nor the manpower to protect the VMO from all the threats made against
their lives, or even to protect their vehicles from getting tires
slashed, etc.

What does that tell you?

this is why the celebration classes were postponed, the trainers did
not want their horses inspected by the USDA VMOs.  It's a mafia
mentality.

yep...the trainer gets fined/suspended, then at the next show...the
trainer's grandchild, brother, wife, etc, is listed as the horse
owner.  folks keep in mind...the Horse Protection Act does not address
what abuse/soring/pressure shoeing occurs at the home barn, it only
covers what happens at a show
