[RC] New Forms on the AERC Veterinarian's page - Michael Maul

Although the forms may not be used by a member, it's useful for us to know some of the improvements in AERC procedures that are being made by the Vet Committee chaired by Melissa Ribley, DVM at

These include:

Post-Ride Statistical Report

has been revised and will now allow data analysis on information from a ride. The data will be entered into the office database using this report. The form asks for information that was not included in previous reports.

Guidelines for Performing a Field Necropsy & Gross Post Mortem Examination Form

AERC is funding costs associated with necropsies performed on horses that have died as a result of participating in an AERC ride. The organization will fund costs such as veterinary services, lab fees, transport fees, and disposal fees up to a total amount of $300.
