I was surprised to see that "no" was 2:1 over "yes."  After all, the whole
rationale for weight divisions is that the amount of weight a horse carries
matters.  How then does it make any sense to count only part of the weight the
horse carries in determing what division he is in?

I think it would be interesting also to see how many people feel that we have
too many weight divisions, or that we  shouldn't have them at all.
