[RC] Ride Entry - who pays when someone else rides your horse? - Karen Everhart

I think it depends upon whether the owner requests that someone else ride their horse. I have been a contract rider and while I have not been paid for the "riding itself", all my expenses have been. If someone wants to ride but does not have a horse that is appropriate or conditioned so is, in essence "borrowing" the horse, then I believe that they should pay.
