Hello Nancy, Are you talking about the Ariat shoes or boots, I had two pair of the clog style with a heel strap, I loved those Shoes, but Ariat went and changed them, and now I and my friend who wears a smaller size hate them.... 

 

so make sure you are comparing apples to apples, as I would have said, I love Ariats, you can not go wrong with them, had I not tried to replace the pairs I have wore out...  I am sick that I can not find a pair that are similar to wear, as I found the original sole to be perfect for my feet... the new style, the arch is way to HIGH... they are very uncomfortable..
