One pint of 100 proof....spaced evenly throughout the ride.  :)) You get the following benefits:
 
See like a cat after dark.
No body aches/pains.
Don't care that you have 20 more miles to ride.
More willing to tie at the finish.
Stops the "grumpy" attitude.
Keeps you warm after dark.
 
Those are just the first ones I thought of, but there are more.  :))
