RE: [RC] Slant Load Trailer Feeder - Karen Standefer

I feed on the trailer floor, a ½ flake every few hours.? And give water at stops because too much hay without water can cause colic or stomach upset.

Subject: [RC] Slant Load Trailer Feeder

After years of straight load trailers, we have a three horse slant.

How do the rest of you provide hay on a 6 or 7 hour trip?  Do you provide hay?

Long Riders has a corner feeder that hangs from the provided rings.  Any opinions?
