There is a huge difference between trimming/shoeing your own horses, and being a professional farrier that also endurance rides.....

Yes, I did go to Farrier school....my mamma paid for it.  :))
Yes, I do now realize how much this is REALLY worth.  How many people ride the OD 100 and not even give their shoes a second thought????  I didn't even think about those shoes coming off.
Not really hard to learn, but takes a lot of time and horses to get it really down pat.  Some of it is abstract....it "feels" right.
