I am thinking that if several households go in on land and share facilities, and if we get it through/deed it to/ one of the land trusts, if we go a little further out than prime, plus a few other ifs--anything's possible. How about a RC lottery ticket pool? Some group of hospital co-workers last year won--what?--$135 million that way.
