RE: [RC] Directions and entries online - heidi

I suspect most NW ride managers figure they're covered because they've got a flyer in the PNER handbook.  And while I'd sure encourage anyone who lives in the NW to join PNER if they're not already members (the handbook alone is worth the dues), that isn't much help for out-of-region riders....  (I agree, it behooves RMs to put their info anywhere they can--just articulating the rationale behind why they haven't tended to utilize the on-line resources...)

If ride managers send me (mmaul@xxxxxxxxx) a computer formatted copy of
their entry/flyer - I add it to the AERC online calendar.  Here's some
samples.

If the ride manager also sends the GPS coordinates of their ridecamp -
there will be a google map link that shows exactly where the ridecamp is.

Perhaps posting this on the PNER list will encourage more NW ride
managers to add that information to the online AERC calendar at
