Pam Bailie Pam -- there are several places to stop and stay over. There are fairgrounds in Fernley and in Fallon. There are also facilities in Austin and in Eureka. They are great for stopping to let the horses out, even if you don't stay over. To get to the rodeo grounds in Austin the turn is right next to the cemetery, and then it winds down a hill. They have water there, you just have to look for the spigots as they may have weeds or grass overgrowing them. The fairgrounds in Eureka has a couple of larger arenas and several pens to put horses in, plenty of water. Both places are on the West side of town.
