[RC] Question for female riders (chaffing) - Jonni

I found that Chamois Butt'r works great to prevent chaffing. Used by bicycle
riders. More info here, and you can search for stores near you

http://www.pacelineproducts.com/

Also, Body Glide works well, I just found I preferred the above a bit
better: Both products also available here:

Some have suggested this product, but I have never tried it:

Also, some have done well with just straight Destine or other diaper rash
ointments.

I don't wait to feel a rub starting. I use the Chamois Butt'r before it
starts. Great for the insides of ones knees, under sports bras...any place
you can get a rub.

Also, I know someone started a Yahoo group for the ladies, but I don't have
that address.
