My husband rides a Paso Fino...he did several years of LDs and recently moved up to 50s. His horse is doing great. I've never seen a donkey at a ride before, but endurance is open to any kind of equine, so yes, your friend could ride her donkey. :) I've seen just about every kind of horse, including a Belgian draft horse and a shetland pony. And of course mules. Bring on the donkey!
