I guess that you could call it the "put your feet on the dash and hang on" way of riding out a bucking fit ;-)

One other thing...don't know if it has been mentioned. Horses can buck with their heads up. I have pics to prove it!

This is probably one of the best things to do, and hardest for an
English-trained rider, hard-wired to keep feet under us. Maybe I can teach
?my¹ 23 yo to buck and get some practice.
