Re: [RC] (no subject) - SandyDSA

It is one thing to be ready to assist - and another to attempt to accommodate a person who is in no way prepared to participate. My brother just called and I cringe thinking of what he wanted me to do for him - take him riding, he anted to ride BAREBACK with NO bridle, either - like and Indian. When I pointed out to him that Indians actually were proficient riders, he just brushed it aside and said but YOU can TEACH ME! Not on your LIFE! I love my brother - and I am well aware that I can advise him till I am blue in the face - and he still needs to do the hard work of gaining proficiency. I told him to take a LOT of lessons with a helmet then come ask me in about 10 years. He will be 61.loL!
