Hey Julie, Sandy Downs is the racetrack in Idaho Falls, they may be able to
accomodate you, especially with a rig that size. There is also the King
Equestrian Center, The Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds (in Blackfoot, just
outside of Idaho Falls), or The Barn.
