[RC] Log books and AERC online - Michael Maul

In response to "So, if you buy an endurance horse in England you can see it's ride history and any DNF before buying. The book doesn't lie.
Now I live in the States and it's all so different."

In the US - you can go online and see all the pulls a horse has back to Dec 1995.

The online records go back to 1984 but don't contain the DNF information because we could not get it out of the old database.

There are some in the US who don't believe DNF information should be made available this way and in Endurance news but most feel that it's in the interest of the welfare of the horse.
