[RC] securing horses - k s swigart

Does anyone use the tie rite system? It is quite a bit cheaper.

I use the tie right system (i.e. tie them directly to the trailer)....even
cheaper yet. I haven't found any of the other ways of securing horses while
camping to be any better than just tying to the trailer...just more expensive,
and more equipment to break and more opportunity for things to go wrong.

I do have dock lines with blocks strung along the side of my big trailer, as I
thought this would be an improvement and allow greater movement (and the total
cost was only about $20); however, I found that it wasn't, espeically if I were
securing more than one horse.
