[RC] Saddle fit for mule backed Paso Fino - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I am on saddle #6 or #7 for my round, mule backed Paso Fino. This last saddle,
a really expensive custom made Aussie, fits 'ok'. It still pops up in back and
seems a tad too tight in the withers. She swishes her tail and stumbles with
it. All the saddles I have pop up in back. Do I need to go to a treeless saddle
or a mule tree? She is just so flat, with no dip or 'saddle pocket' behind her
withers.

I've heard people rave about Bob Marshalls, but other hate them. I ride about
15 miles per ride, sometimes in some pretty rugged stuff, and can not put
weight in my stirrups, all my weight is on my bum. Is that going to cause my
horse trouble with the lack of a tree over her spine?

Sarah
