At 2 rides (maybe more) last year in the PS region the head vet made a walk thru camp about 7pm looking at all the horses and asking people if their horses were okay EDPP. I thought that was an excellent idea.

By all means.  They really should do more than just watch a trot out at the end anyhow.  And if you feel like you'd like them to take another look at your horse later, you can bring him back over for another look.

comprehensive check on your horse, if you think he might be in trouble?
