[RC] little needles, clicking - gwyn servey

So here's a question, are horses red blood cells larger than humans?  If you use too small a bore needle could you be in a vein and not know it because you were unable to aspirate blood? Things that make you go hmmmm. P.S. My 5 year old friesian gelding clicks when he walks too and has since he was two or three. He has never been worked very hard or been lame. Let me know if anyone has any great secrets on how to heal this! Thanks, Gwyn
