I agree...it does start to sound a bit like that sometimes.  My horses have never stopped eating because of elytes...in fact, they generally go right back to eating whatever they were eating.  I've seen too many horses here in the hot humid SE (some of which I knew well enough to *know* they were equine garbage disposals when it came to eating) thumping due to elyte imbalances.  These same horses, when their elyte dosages were upped, did fine.
