Now, regarding Cheval Boutique. My friend is trying to make a purchase from this French tack store. It seems to have an item which we can't find in the U.S. Has anyone ever purchased something from Cheval Boutique, located in FOUGERES, France? (http://chevalboutique.free.fr/) If so, how responsive were they? According to their website (which I translated using the translate web page feature of Google), you have to e-mail them to determine availability and shipping time/cost. We have e-mailed (no response) and called
