Jim's advice is very good... mine is just low tech. I don't have a lot of money so I have to think small. I have a 5 gallon barrel in the bed of my pickup and a hose. I run the hose in the top and down to bottom of the barrel, get a siphon going and I'm good to go. You could turn your tank upside down and do the same thing.
