[RC] Painful, cold fingers - Lif Strand

It was 7 below zero this morning, and by the time I was done feeding, the ends of my fingers were in awful pain. I am wearing those glove liners with the mylar threads running through them, and rubber gloves to keep my hands dry (leather gloves get wet fast and are useless). Believe it or not, down to well below freezing this combo works fine. However, below zero, the combination isn't so fine at all. I'd like to know if anyone's got the perfect solution for cold hands that still allows a person to work with the hands.
