Re: Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Horse experts - indiancp

ginny, i really don't think this is the way to win friends or influence people....or sell your services. as my mama used to say "nobody likes a know it all" (meaning someone who THINKS they know it all.) i personally had never heard of you til you came on list. never heard of you as a dog trainer either. somebody THAT GOOD tends to be known. it really is kind of sad when you are willing to put up with all the ridicule to try to prove you know more than anybody else. it's much nicer when you offer comments with "in my experience thus is so" instead of saying anyone who didn't agree with you or fall into believing your every word is ignorant and stupid. people can take it or leave it and while they may disagree with you i don't think people will resent your comments providing you don't present yourself as a "know all things lot's better than anyone else". i've always felt that you can learn something from everybody even if it's how not to do something. i've been amazed sometimes when young or new horse people mention something that i'd never thought of before.
never seen it through their fresh new eyes! been surprised, too, when they'll say something and i think, "i KNEW that but had forgotten it long ago." why don't you start over with a different attitude and i think you'll find this is a fantastic bunch here.
the comment you made below is really toooo much.

Man does not have the only memory,
The animals remember,
The earth remembers,
The stones remember,
If you know how to listen, they will tell you many things.
