[RC] broodmare/leasing - Ridecamp Guest

14 year old mare, has had foals, if she had them 
long ago, would that or her age diminish her capability
to get pregnant?


My old mare (goimg to be 20 in May) is in foal, 
having only been bred once before at age 9.  I 
have to admit it wasn't easy. After a few fruitless
breedings Heidi Smith helped me out :-). I know that it
isn't usually too difficult to lease a nice mare
to breed for a season.  Alot of breeders can't always
have foals every year and like to have their mares busy.
