[RC] Wool vs. poly-wool pad - Lysane Cree

I am looking for opinions (and I *know* you have those!) LOL
I am going to be buying a pad for my RP. I want the top in Cordura, but then have a choice about the underside - 100% wool or 65%-35% wool-poly blend
 
I have really liked my washable 100% wool pad I had for my other saddle, and so I am leaning towards the 100% wool, but what would be the reason for selecting poly wool blend over real wool? Is it just price, or is there another reason or significant difference??
