I really recommend 1 or 3. Fire, catalytic or not, topologically* inside a

Oh, yeah. Early in my endurance career Robbie and I were sleeping in the bed of
the truck, with a camper shell. I used a small catalytic heater and kept the
windows cracked. One morning I awoke to find my sleeping bag on fire!!!! That
will lower your morale. The sleeping bag had come into contact with the heater
and ignited. Luckily it was fire-retardant and just smoldered, but it still
could have been a disaster. I haven't used a catalytic heater while sleeping
since.
