[RC] WC Freiheit/"ordinary horse" - DVeritas

No one needs to be offended about it, no reflection on a horse that,s is ordinary, most people are & a few are special

When you state that The horse never did anything impressive before or since, (so stated in a previous post by you) I most certainly think you are offering a "reflection" on the horse.

What IS impressive is that WC Freiheit won the Old Dominion 100 and THEN jumped into a trailer, traveling across the breath and depth of this country in the middle of summer time, arriving in the Sierras, vetted in and then won the Western States 100.

MMS made it happen.
I am not offended by any of this...WC Freiheit can't be contacted for comment, though.

I want to say this, the way our sport is structured and governed by rule and regulation, as promulgated by the AERC (which is US), there was nothing wrong with what Doctor Smith did, not that he needs someone like me to say so.
