Same here!!! Last time I bought a 4x4 I had to explain to the salesman that
HDC stands for Hill Descent Control and that the little joystick in the middle
is actually the transfer box with low gear and cental diff lock!!
Lately I've had to watch a friend of mine in a perfectly good 4x4
slithering and sliding downhill on a grassy field with his horsebox attached to
it ( with MY horse in it) because he didn't know what the same litte joystick
could do.... and ofcourse wouldn't let me drive his car for him!! The look on
his face when he couldn't find the gears, accelerating like mad and wheels
spinning...
Last time hubby needed new tires I told him which ones to get for his
Landrover.. he's very happy with them and much better than the ones he bought
himself a couple of years ago!
Oh, and I am BLOND with big boobs
